Zumba, Butts&Guts ,Pure Stretch, Yogalates, and X Body Fit, Dance Fusion, Circuit Training, Functional Friday, Tabata, and Personal Training. Yogalates- combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. This ain’t your mama’s yoga. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique. And, there’s no need to spend hours hopping from class to class. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strength training. Yoga- This class emphasizes integrating movement with breath and mindfulness. Classes include standing postures, balancing, forward and back bending, spinal twists, lateral bends and inversions. encourages vitality, strength, and healing as we work with the body as a whole. You don't need any previous experience or knowledge of yoga. Linking movement to breath, this class focuses on alignment and strength building in the body. Featuring "flow" sequencing with a soundtrack to match, Vinyasa is open to all levels, with modifications available for both new and returning students. This energizing and rejuvenating class welcomes all levels of “yogis.” Focus on breathing with movement and creating strength and flexibility through vinyasa flow. Boot Camp -All levels. Military exercise training comprised of circuit training with drills that include jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, lunges and complete core training. Popular the world over to both results-driven people and those with busy schedules who need to pack a hard workout into a short time. You will never get bored as the workout changes every day but the intensity stays the same. Build lean muscle tone while using the aerobic elements to improve your physical conditioning. This is the total body workout like no other! Unlike a military-style boot camp, offers a fun yet challenging approach to exercise. You don’t have to be in shape. You will start training at your level and will move up as you get faster and stronger. We have designed the program to be suitable for all fitness levels. Butts & Guts - Description: A combination class that works the gluteal (butts) and abdominal (guts) muscle groups in a way that is different from any other exercise series. The glutes and abs work together to support the body’s core. All exercises are performed on a floor mat with very little rest between exercises. Various angles and body positioning are employed to gain the most out of every contraction. Modifications are offered to those with weak leg, back and stomach muscles. This intense class works muscles that you never knew you had. The class concludes with a relaxing flexibility and stretch segment. Benefits:
The glutes are one of the body’s largest muscle groups that are rarely exercised in an effective manner. Strengthening the glutes help with proper walking and running. Strengthening the abdominals help relieve stresses in the lower back and support the skeletal frame. Exercising these front and back muscles together pays dividends into the future and improve posture. Stretching at the conclusion of the class ensures that the muscles are prepared for recovery ultimately increasing flexibility. Regardless of the level of physical condition, everyone needs to perform these core and flexibility exercises regularly. Pure Stretch - A total-body stretch class. Great for relaxing, stretching and lengthening tight muscles. Stretching is important for people of all ages. One of the greatest benefits of stretching is that you’re able to increase your range of motion, which means your limbs and joints can move through a greater range, helping to ward off injury. Other benefits of stretching include reduced muscle tension, enhanced muscular coordination, increased blood circulation and higher energy levels. X Body Fit - X Body Fit is a multi-functional fitness program where we combine boxing, ritminca dance, aerobic, cardio kick, step incorporating natural movements like running, jumping and twisting to Latin Music. Dance Fitness - Dance fitness by definition refers to a category of dance all on its own. Unlike a traditional dance class where you learn specific steps or choreography, dance fitness is all about getting a sweat on and having fun while moving your body. Functional Friday - Functional Friday is a program that enhances balance, strength, coordination, and endurance to improve overall fitness and cardiovascular health. Butts & Guts Tabata - Tabata is a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT). Trainers developed it to squeeze maximum burn into minimal workout time. That means it’s very intense — among the toughest workouts out there. The routine can help speed up fat loss and boost cardio fitness. Circuit Class - A high intensity, fast-paced workout that can help tone your body and shed fat. This class involves moving your way around different exercise stations preforming each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. Xtreme Hip Hop - Xtreme Hip-Hop is a high energy toning and cardio class using great music, step platforms & dance moves. With routines set to old & new school Hip-Hop, it makes you want to get up and get moving while getting in a great calorie burn!

This recipe is SUCH a game-changer! 🤤💪

If you have a bread pan, you can use this mix to make a French-toast style bake — just slice it up and top with fresh fruit and a healthy syrup for the perfect sweet treat. 😍

I only had a cake pan, so mine turned out more like a protein cake, and honestly… zero regrets. It’s delicious! 🍰✨

Here’s the simple high-protein recipe:
• 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
• 5 eggs
• 5 tbsp cornstarch

Mix everything together, pour into your pan of choice, and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Did a cupping session today on another massage therapist who mentioned having a lot of stiffness and tension in her right hip and back. So, we focused the cupping in that area to help release those tight muscles, increase circulation, and promote better movement.

Cupping is such an amazing tool — it helps relieve pain, reduce inflammation, flush out toxins, and support the body’s natural healing process.

I’m constantly reminded how powerful and rewarding this work is. Did I mention how much I love my career? ❤️ When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.
