We’re kicking off the weekend with a community cold plunge at Austin Lake Boat Launch, complete with a mobile sauna on site!

This group plunge is free and open to the public, y’all! You’re welcome to bring friends, breathe deep, and join us for an invigorating start to your Saturday.

After, many of us are heading back to the studio for the 10:00 AM Hot Yoga class with Michael. If you’re planning to join us for the hot yoga class, please make sure to sign up for that, as spots are limited!

Warm up, reset, and enjoy the contrast of cold + heat with the ice team!
