Happy New Year, Mom'Atism family! 🎉 I hope everyone is starting the new year feeling blessed, healthy, and hopeful. I'm wishing nothing but peace, joy, and continued growth for you and your families in 2026.

As we step into this new year, I'm excited to officially begin planning the 2nd Annual Kalamazoo Walk for Autism – 2026 💙🧩. Last year's walk was such an amazing success, and I know this year can be even bigger and better with our community coming together once again.

We're currently looking for volunteers, participants, and anyone interested in helping organize and plan this year's walk. Whether you want to help with planning, donating, day-of support, or simply walk with us to show your support—your involvement truly matters. If you're interested in volunteering, participating, or being part of the planning team, please comment below or send a message.

More details will be shared soon, and I look forward to working alongside all of you to continue raising awareness, inclusion, and support for autism in our community. Thank you all for being part of this journey 💙✨.

Empowered Parent IEP Course, three Mondays at 4:30pm starting January 26. Registrations accepted 12/17 - 1/8 (or when full)

This IEP Course provides action steps to apply the information to your own child’s IEP. Together, we’ll learn how to:

✔️Speak up confidently in your child’s IEP meetings
✔️Understand your rights and the IEP process
✔️Collaborate effectively with the school team
✔️Address concerns in a productive, positive way
