Come together in a warm and welcoming setting to honor and remember loved ones who have passed. Together, we’ll share meaningful ways to find comfort and cope during the holiday season.

🎶 Our music therapist will guide a soothing session designed to bring peace and reflection through the healing power of music. You’ll also have the opportunity to create a keepsake ornament to treasure with your family.

Did you see us on News Channel 3 WWMT TV? Centrica is seeking to expand its ranks of veteran volunteers in and around Kalamazoo County.

One of our veteran volunteers, Colonel Frank Walker, said in the piece, "We have shared experiences that we can't even fathom to share with those that don't understand being away from your family for a year and a half, being in a foreign country, defending your nation."

Through regular Veteran Pinning Ceremonies held at area care facilities, our team recognizes and thanks those who have served—with dignity, compassion, and heartfelt appreciation. This year, our pinning events will be held at Bickford Cottage in Portage, MI, and the LakeHouse of Kalamazoo.

These moments of honor remind us that every veteran’s story matters. Today, and always, we salute you.

Amazing therapy dog, Baylee, was all smiles this Halloween, showing off her adorable pumpkin costume! She brought plenty of joy (and tail wags!) to everyone she met.

But Baylee’s not done spreading happiness; she’s stepping into the spotlight this December in Annie at the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre!

🟠 Every month, Centrica Care Navigators offer free grief support services to all in the community, free of charge, serving everyone from kids, with our Journeys program, to our casual, drop-in ramble through the woods, Walking Through Grief. We also offer workshop groups regularly with a focus on parent loss, sibling loss, partner loss, and child loss.
