Are you ready for the holidays? Remember to add "taking care of yourself" to your holiday to-do list!
Normal hours will continue here through Tuesday 12/23. The adjusted hours for the holidays are attached to help you plan. Take a look if you are trying to get a year end visit in or just help your body get through the holidays in good shape!
Remember you can text the office 419-532-3530 to schedule outside of hours. I'll check in occasionally when closed so you can get scheduled.

It is time to prepare for when my niece asks everyone to go around the table and share for what they are most grateful. This is often before you can eat so no one wants you to dilly dally! Most years there will be many repeats, quips that make you laugh and heartfelt sharing that brings a tear to your eye. The categories of comments reflect the blessings we all wish for family, friends, community, faith, a roof over our heads, food on the table, laughter, love, health and happiness. I hope you and I hear of these blessings around each of our Thanksgiving tables this year.

To my community Thank YOU for being part of my gratitude list! ....now to narrow that list down to a short statement to avoid "food is getting cold" complaints!

Everyone getting ready for Thanksgiving week? School breaks, family & friend gatherings, meal planning & prep...Whatever you have on your list, taking a minute to reflect on what we are thankful for makes it all run smoother!

After taking a couple days off with family, I am going to open Saturday after Thanksgiving. The holiday does still create slightly less availability so try to get on the schedule early. Just text to schedule, the text system now uses the local number 419-532-3530.

Custom-made orthotics differ considerably from over the counter. There are actually three arches in your foot, but over-the-counter insoles support only 1 arch.
