I invite yoga students of all levels to dive in, it is my wish to provide a safe haven of positive energy and support for our students’ mental and physical growth. Vision: To create meaningful and real life human connections while providing a space for artistic expression. Purpose: For me, yoga brings me back to my authentic, uncut and true self. As a yoga teacher, my desire is to move you through class with ease to allow you time dedicated to yourself mind, body, and spirit.
