Your habits and nutrition quality are key.

1. Adherence—stay consistent.
2. Calories—get into the right deficit or surplus for your goals.
3. Protein—hit that target daily.
4. Exercise—be sure your program is aligned with your goal.
5. Carb & Fats—adjust for energy levels and recovery.
6. Nutrient Timing—optimize performance.
7. Supplements—only once everything else is dialed in.
By regularly reassessing and tweaking these aspects of your nutrition and fitness, you’ll avoid frustration, break through plateaus, and move closer to your goals. A coach can help you do this.
