A couple things God gave us that actually work ❤️🥰

Being in nature. Hugging for 20 seconds. Prayer. Walking barefoot. Having real community. And my personal favorite? Putting down the phone and being fully present. 📱

These aren’t just feel-good add-ons—they’re nervous system medicine. They help shift your body out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest, which is exactly where your metabolism works best. 💫

The truth is: we don’t need to chase another quick fix. What we do need is to consistently practice the rhythms God designed to keep us stable—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
