I haven’t stopped lifting!!! I’m down to 177lbs, my strength took a little hit, but I’m still pretty strong comparatively. I am lifting weights that I only wished I could last time I weighed this little ( over a decade ago).
Squats: 296x3
Bench: 185x2
Press: 121x1
Deads: 329x1
My squats have held pretty steady, all the other lifts really felt the mass change. I’m still happy with it all though!
