It’s time to **t again! Ask me what I’ve been up to…???
Here it is! 42 and soaring to new heights!
Never to late to start…start over…or start a new….
This is why I LOVE WHAT I DO!
I get to BE and BECOME what I preach!
My clients are an extension of what fills my heart and soul….I treat myself and ask as much if not more of myself than I do those I coach and train. I worm myself into their brains…lol…”ugly in the gym, sexy on the street” and “chest up, shoulders back, core right”…..mostly because these are the things I repeat over and over in my own!!
Life can be unexpected. We get thrown off track, tossed around on that track, and sometimes even ran the f**k over on that track….(the past couple years (s**t,
much of the last many many years, I’ve experienced it all)
YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DO?
You pick yourself up. Assess the damage. Lick your wounds…and start walking. Then you know what happens?
Angels begin to show up in the form of friends, business partners, passing words of encouragement on social media or strangers in a crowd, and even yes…a life partner. .
Next thing you know you’re jogging. AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT YOU ARE RUNNING. And this time not alone, but in a pack!
YES, running and jumping and dancing and singing and howling!!
YOU ARE NOT ALONE! None of us are alone! We are all called to be a part of a community. But to do this, we must be vulnerable. Step out…step up…and yes stumble.
This is how we grow, evolve, gain credibility and earn respect!
I’ve done and will continue to do all these things! Humbly I will confidently forge always onward and up and so should you!!
I’ve always known who I am! I am my grandfathers granddaughter!
So now….
Being a coach and trainer, I want to grow as one, but also as businessman (yup, I said businessman), and athlete so I began working with my own coach…
He is bringing back some old and tapping into a whole lotta new!
