Get to Know Rhiannon 🩰

This last week, Rhiannon programmed Thursday’s WOD… and she brought the HEAT🔥 Cardio. Endurance. Mental toughness. The kind you don’t fake, the kind that can only be earned.

And of course… one of her signature Superpowers: A 60 minute wallsit. Yeah, read that again. Could you do it? 🤷‍♀️

We’re not sure what we did to deserve Rhiannon, but God placed her in our lives at exactly the right time! She didn’t ease her way into this community, she dove in head first! Loving us. Supporting us. Showing up when it matters most.

Behind the scenes, she helps with Events, Christmas parties, has tons of great business ideas… and all the small stuff no one sees but everyone feels!

She’s a great leader.
A phenomenal Barre Coach that absolutely kicks your 🍑!!
And genuinely one of the best humans you’ll ever meet.

Rhiannon shows up 4 days a week, traveling an hour just to come to our gym - no complaints, just an eager attitude towards the workload for that day and brings a positive, can-do energy to the people around her.

Outside of the gym she’s also a powerhouse. A strong independent, business woman raising five kids with a level of strength, patience, and selflessness most people will never fully understand. The kind of woman who doesn’t just talk about love and commitment, she lives it.

We’re so lucky to have you Rhiannon! 🩵
