The loving, strong hand hold just moments before the same hands caught their own baby. Today a first time mom walked into the Birth Haus and had her baby 15 minutes later!!!! What a beautiful whirlwind we had the honor of witnessing.

We may not have had the first baby of 2026, but we surely had the Valley’s last January 1st babe!!! He came right before midnight and started the year off just how we like it! ****this little one pictured is from two weeks ago, but this picture needed to be shared! 🤣 HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you lovelies!!! Cheers to many, many more new little lives joining us earthside this year. 🥂🎉

🚨 PSA for anyone thinking they might be pregnant: if that little stick says +, don’t wait to call us… like, yesterday would’ve been even better. 📞💨
Our calendar is filling up fast, and due dates are limited. We are officially full from now through July.
No, it’s not because we’re better than anyone else (though we do have really cute socks and excellent taste in snacks). It’s because the valley is growing, and more people are discovering the magic of out-of-hospital birth and midwifery care.
So, if you’re peeing on sticks and thinking, “Maybe I should wait a few weeks…”—don’t. Call us now. Your future self (and your birth team) will thank you. 😎

Ahhhh, …that bittersweet moment when you realize that you are saying goodbye for some unknown period of time. We talk about the journey and soak in our final moments. Cheers to these !!! We love you so much and are so proud of you and your triumphant home birth stories!

Just can’t get over the look on the faces of these two beautiful midwives I get to work with. Every woman deserves a care provider that looks at them just like this- with pure joy and admiration.
