The Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth: NW Montana Comprehensive, couple-centered classes aimed at equipping pregnant women and their birth partners.

This class series is taught by Julia Buljovcic, an affiliated instructor with AAHCC, the American Academy of Husband-Coached Childbirth. If you or someone you know is looking for excellent preparation physically, mentally and emotionally during the childbearing year, this class addresses a full range of topics pertaining to pregnancy, labor & birth, breastfeeding and postpartum. Each class in the series includes activities on communication as well as relaxation or labor practice, in addition to the class topic. Due to smaller class sizes, there is plenty of time for asking your questions. Email support is available throughout the class series as well as up to and beyond the birth. Instructor support during labor is also offered, if desired/required. This page is a place for inspiration and information about natural childbirth as well as notices for upcoming events, classes and photos of area families who have completed the course (and their beautiful babies, of course!).

Where does all this blood volume come from? It doesn't just happen. It comes from a protein-rich, balanced diet, eaten throughout pregnancy, especially in the later half. This increase is a safety factor for the mother and a form of protection, but it has to be supported by the mother's good nutrition.
