Kalispell, MT | Part-Time | Mid Level

Stillwater Hospice is seeking an RN or LPN to provide on-call support for patients and families during evenings and weekends.

This role is about showing up when it matters most—offering calm, compassionate care and guidance during critical moments.

What you’ll do:
• Respond to after-hours calls with triage, guidance, and support
• Provide in-person visits when urgent care is needed
• Offer reassurance and compassionate presence to patients and families
• Communicate and coordinate with the care team
• Ensure continuity of care during non-traditional hours

What we’re looking for:
• Current RN or LPN license in Montana
• Ability to handle urgent situations with confidence and compassion
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This is a great fit for someone who values flexibility, meaningful work, and being part of a supportive, collaborative care team.
