What a special evening at Pleasantview. 💚
Last night, we had the privilege of gathering for our annual IMBA meeting — an evening filled with fellowship, reflection, encouragement, and gratitude.
We were so blessed to welcome local pastors, board members, supporters, and friends of Pleasantview for a meaningful night of sharing a meal, hearing stories of impact, celebrating where we’ve been, and looking ahead to where God is leading us.
One of the most special parts of the evening was hearing from our guest speakers, Tim Sullivan and Dorothy Logan, whose heartfelt words and powerful reflections were such a moving reminder of the mission, ministry, and heart behind Pleasantview. Their passion, advocacy, and love for this community were felt deeply by all in attendance.
It was also a joy to officially introduce and welcome our new CEO, Paul Wasser, and to hear his heart for Pleasantview and the vision he brings for the future.
A heartfelt thank you as well to our Chaplain, Josh Lundberg, for sharing such a meaningful message and for so genuinely reflecting the heart of Pleasantview’s ministry. Josh is a true blessing to our residents, families, staff, and all those he walks alongside each day, and we are incredibly grateful for the faith, care, and encouragement he brings to our community.
A special thank you as well to our Friendship Center Chef, Johnny, and his wonderful team of helpers for preparing such a delicious meal for everyone and for decorating the space so beautifully. Their hard work and thoughtful touches helped make the evening feel extra special and welcoming for all who attended.
Most of all, we are deeply grateful for each person who took time to join us and share in such a meaningful evening. The support, prayers, encouragement, and partnership of our churches, leaders, and community members mean so much to all of us here at Pleasantview.
Thank you for walking alongside us and helping strengthen the mission of Pleasantview.
Sharing love begins with action.
