2025 Top Companies in Treasure Valley

A Body & Mind Health Services, LLC was recently named as one of the 2025 Top Companies in Treasure Valley by the Idaho Business Review. The awards program was promoted by Idaho Business Review in partnership with Best Companies Group. This regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the Treasure Valley area.

The 2025 Top Companies in Treasure Valley list is made up of 14 companies.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
 Be a publicly or privately held business.
 Have a facility in Treasure Valley.
 Have a minimum of 15 employees working in Treasure Valley.
 Must be in business a minimum of one year.

Companies entered the two-part process to determine the 2025 Top Companies in Treasure Valley.

The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the
process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
A Body & Mind Health Services, LLC will be recognized in the May 23rd edition of Idaho Business Review.

The top three
companies in the categories of small, medium, and large businesses will be honored at an awards program on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

This recognition is a testament to our team's unwavering commitment to providing exceptional mental health care to our community.

We are deeply grateful to our clients for their trust and for choosing us as their mental health partner. We are also thankful to Boise Favorites and the Idaho Statesman for recognizing our efforts and for highlighting the importance of mental health services in our community.
