Resident of the Month - Patricia “Patty Ann” Rohr!!

Patty came to us from another facility with the goal of returning home. She wasn’t able to walk or talk. Eating was done via PEG tube. Fast forward 2 months later – this is Pat: walking, talking, participating in daily tasks, singing, playing guitar, and eating via mouth! None of this would have been possible or achievable without teamwork and dedication. It wasn’t just Therapy involvement either. Nursing, Dietary, Activities, Environmental Services, Social Service, family, etc. all pulled together to address Pat’s goals/needs. The list goes on and on. We are so proud of you, Patty! Keep crushing those goals! We wish you all the best at home!
