Resilient Comfort Care is here to support them with compassionate, reliable assistance.

Please note:
✔️ All individuals must go through a Waiver Agency to receive services.
✔️ If your loved one is under 60, please contact DRS (Division of Rehabilitation Services) to start the process.
✔️ If they are 60 or older, please contact Catholic Charities to complete their intake.

Once the referral is made, our team will be ready to assist your loved one with the care they need.
