Congratulations to our October Employee of the Month, Mary Brooks, at Citadel of Kankakee! 🎉

Mary has been a valued member of our Dietary Department for a year. She draws inspiration from her grandchildren and finds joy in spending time with residents while bringing care to every meal she cooks.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys fishing, gardening, and exploring new recipes.

Congratulations to Cynthia Brackens, our July Employee of the Month at Citadel of Kankakee! 🎉

For the past year, Cynthia has been a warm and caring presence as an Activity Aide, dedicating herself to creating a supportive and joyful environment for our residents every day.

One of her favorite parts of the job is bringing smiles to residents’ faces and brightening their days!

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and playing cards with friends. She prioritizes keeping a good balance between work and life.
