Welcome all! But I go by Gage. I graduated from Cortiva Institute in Joliet as a high honor student. It is one of the few schools that put a heavy emphasis on anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology. I have worked alongside chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical

therapists - taking in their expertise and integrating it into my own practice. My main focus of bodywork is Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, and Myofascial work. I also specialize with Cupping, Scraping, Plantar Fasciitis, Foot Reflexology, Frozen Shoulder Syndrome, Forward Head Posture, Tech Neck, Aromatherapy, Endocannabinoid/Cannabinol Healing and Contrast Therapy. I’ve helped heal a long list of ailments with my clients and create a bridge between you and the many questions you may have about your body. My mission is to provide optimal healthcare and wellness through touch. I value the community and learning about the conditions of others health. To live through each day, with creativity and success, so that it gives me peace of mind knowing my healing hands helps others. Ultimately, I appreciate and enjoy seeing smiles return to me with gratification. I am providing fitness training and nutrition consultations as well, for others and to improve all aspects of the human condition. My goal at the end of our sessions is to give you the knowledge and care to manage a healthy living on your own. The less you see me, the more I know you’re doing better for you. When I’m not providing care for others, you might catch me singing karaoke and shaking it on the dance floor. I have a passion for fire arts that I enjoy performing for friends and family.

It’s exactly 2:30am on this Monday morning and we had exactly 5 days to move into our new permanent home, suite 206, inside the Majestic, and we did it. We pulled 16-17 hour shifts for a total of 80.5 hours in the last 5 days and we are ready for our clients for this FULLY booked week!

We want to give a HUGE shoutout to Marcie & Ken at The Majestic, and Rory Hertzberg and his team Dylan & Jr for making this even a possibility. The Om Well Collective for having provided us a temporary space for the last 5 months while we looked for a home and always being so supportive of us! Thank you to Essential Smoothies for keeping us hydrated and filled with protein shakes! Last but not least thank you to Gabrielle Mckendrick for bringing us a meal to eat on Easter while we worked, the only real meal we ate in 5 days.

A note from the owners:

Gage: So many of my followers and clients have stuck by my side and helped me build a strong foundation for healing and encouraged me to push forward to not only learn more but to provide more. So I did. I took that bull by the horns and ran with my gut and pushed for bettering my clients with affordable and amazing quality bodywork. I couldn’t have made this happen without the continuous support of my clients and this community that believes in me. I can’t believe the transition from working for someone else to opening my own space in the matter of 11 months. From the bottom of my heart, I am deeply thankful to everyone.

Gabby: While I can truly say opening a massage studio wasn’t something I’ve ever had on my bingo card, I’m actually not surprised. Growing up, my dad always held 2 jobs to provide, a union carpenter and a Reflexologist/Massage Therapist. So, I’ve been around this a lot longer than I’ve realized. However, my knowledge, history, and expertise in Marketing, Social Media, Website Development, Management, and Communications was the perfect addition to what Gage needed to follow his dream. I am so proud and happy to be a part of this and I look forward to watching Lunova grow!

With all that being said, we can’t wait to share what we’ve created! Stay tuned for the Lunova Soma Grand Opening event announcement!

Our community experienced a difficult night with the storms that moved through the area.

Many are waking up without power or facing damage to their homes.

Out of care for everyone’s safety, the studio will be closed for scheduled classes today.

But the space itself will remain open.

If you need a place to sit in quiet, charge a phone, take a breath, or gather with someone you love, you are welcome here.

The Om exists to be a sanctuary for our community — especially on days like this.
