This is the reset your nervous system will thank you for as you kick off your Thanksgiving week.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
During a soundbath a combination of instruments are played to gently assist your nervous system into a parasympathetic state (rest state). This event is meant to be entirely relaxing with no effort or expectations. You are invited to bring anything you need to lay or sit comfortably. If needed - mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, folding chairs and eye pillows are all available for use in the studio.

INVESTMENT:
Donation of your choice to the studio (pay what you want)

🎃 And get creative with a spooktacular pumpkin painting craft!

PLEASE NOTE: Our craft involves washable paint 🎨 to avoid unwanted messes have your child dressed under their costume should you wish to remove it for the crafting portion of our event.

This series of events is entirely donation based (pay what you want), reserve your spot as space is limited.
