When someone living with diabetes for over 30 years starts seeing their A1-C numbers shift in the right direction, it’s worth celebrating.

Diabetic A1-C Levels Improving!
I’m probably one of the biggest skeptic that you’ll ever meet, I’m a diabetic and have been one for over 30 years.

Friday Oct. 18th I had my regular follow up doctor’s appointment, blood is drawn to check my A1-C levels, this is the first time that I’ve had my labs done since I’ve been going to Scalar Health.

My last two lab A1-C results were the same over 8, this time my A1-C was 7.4 which is the direction both I and my doctor like to see things going.

I attribute this good news to my weekly visits to Scalar Health, I’m looking forward to my A1-C going even lower and the eventual end to my taking diabetes medication for the rest of my life!

Headaches – Gone, Goiter – Gone, Chronic Inflammation… Out of the Red Zone!

Where to start? So many improvements. I’m 77 years young, and I started my journey with EES hopefully but apprehensively. I had a slow growing benign brain tumor removed in September of 2023. About 3 months following the surgery, I started having severe headaches and shooting neck pains. I was taking Advil 2-3 times every day.

I had my first session at Scalar Health Enhancement Center around mid-August 2024. After 2-3 sessions the headaches stopped! At the same time, I had a swollen throat (goiter). An ultrasound showed 4 nodules on my left thyroid (2 were concerning). After my first EES session, I noticed the swelling in my throat was gone. A subsequent ultrasound and biopsy showed shrunken benign thyroid nodules. Hallelujah!

Now for the most exciting “proof” that EES is working miraculously for me is with my before and after Thermography results. See for yourself! I had “chronic inflammation” throughout my body. I’m attaching the front and back head results.

The “before” Thermography was done on 5/30/24. I started my EES sessions at SHEC mid-August. The “after” Thermography was done on 10/10/24. Red is bad (inflammation). Blue and green is what you want to see.

UPDATE:
SLEEP APNEA NO MORE!!!
After using a CPAP machine for over 15 years, I have ditched it! Woohoo!!!

I had both Central (stopped breathing) and Obstructive (tongue collapse in throat) Sleep Apnea. Leslie programmed a Sleep Apnea medallion for me. I slept with it pinned under my pillow for about two weeks. I forgot about it. Then went to my Sleep doctor who scheduled me for another diagnostic sleep study to see which Apnea was worse (Central or Obstructive) as I was considering getting an implant since I was having issues with my CPAP headgear. To my doctor’s and my surprise and excitement, the results came back showing the Central Apnea was completely gone. And the Obstructive Apnea was very mild and didn’t require the use of a CPAP machine. I continue to sleep on the medallion and I have no signs of any Apnea.

I now have a Sleep Apnea medallion pinned to the bottom of my husband’s pillow. He has also used a CPAP machine for close to 10 years, and has both Central and Obstructive Apnea. It’s been almost two weeks. He sleeps so much more peacefully. He doesn’t make the sounds he used to as air would leak around his full mask. I can’t wait for him to go back to the sleep doctor to have another sleep study. We can’t wait to have a CPAP-free bed!!! Thank you Leslie! This is life changing!

On National Cat Day we honour a curious frequency-friend: your purring cat.
