However, for tonight here are things you need:
for yourself, your beliefs and your health. If they disagree with you - let them. It’s a approach.
Prioritize your own mental and physical health. Take time to breathe, put your feet in the grass, get outside, surround yourself with your people and don’t stay stagnated. Your emotions need movement - give it to them.
from social media when you need to. Turn off the news when you need to. Don’t talk to that family member that increases your blood pressure when you need to. And call your therapist. If you don’t have one - call us. We’ve got you.
