Aligning your cycle with the moon can help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and feel more grounded in your energetic flow. Three powerful ways to begin doing this are:

Whether you're using an app or a journal, tracking both your menstrual cycle and the moon's cycle side by side promotes alignment.
When do you bleed? Ovulate? Experience high energy or fatigue? Find yourself with an insatiable appetite for food or feral activities?
🌔 2. Live Cyclically with Moon Rituals
Honor each phase of both cycles by adjusting your activities and rituals:
New Moon / Menstrual Phase: Rest, release, reflect. Journal or take salt baths to reset your energy.
Waxing Moon / Follicular Phase: Set intentions and start new projects. This is your time of renewal and creativity.
