Merry Christmas from my family to yours! Life has been crazy lately I had my cubital tunnel surgery then everyone in my family got sick. Then my son’s appendix ruptured and had to be removed. I will not lie this has been incredibly difficult for my mama heart but he has handled it so well. They originally told us we’d have to be in the hospital on Christmas but sent us home a day earlier so we all four were able to spend Christmas together at home. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 He keeps handling everything well and healing like a champ.

Second year doing the Bonner Springs YMCA triathlon! If you ever debate doing a triathlon but they seem intimidating or expensive it’s the perfect one to do. They do it indoors so you don’t have to deal with weather extremes. They have heats and you get your own lane in the pool. The bike is on a stationary bike so you don’t have to worry about owning one. The run is on a treadmill. It’s all how much you get done in 15 minutes per event and not by hitting a certain distance too. I’m going to try and get better about sharing events I do because I love supporting them and introducing others to them.
