While surrounding states take progressive steps forward to legalize cannabis, Kansas continues to move the other direction. This week it was announced that CBD stores in the state must pull all Delta 8 products off of their shelves. 70% of those who live in Kansas are for the legalization of cannabis, yet the government continues to move backwards. Kansas legislators need to be educated about cannabis, specifically h**p vs. ma*****na.
