Today, we observe Holocaust Remembrance Day.

We remember the six million Jewish people murdered in the Holocaust, along with the millions of others targeted for who they were.

This day calls us not only to remember history but to reflect on our responsibility today. The Holocaust shows the devastating consequences of dehumanization, silence, and unchecked hatred.

At University Health Behavioral Health, our work is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that every life has inherent worth. We honor those lost by committing ourselves to care, justice, and standing against stigma in all its forms.

🕯️ Never forget.

Financial stress. Family dynamics. Grief that shows up louder this time of year.

You don’t have to be a clinician to help. You just have to be willing to ask and listen.
