Our focus is on helping individuals with diverse abilities to gain the skills and experience needed to live self-determined quality lives. Programs center around career exploration and readiness skills, career placement and colleague interdependence, and community inclusion. Program activities take place at our two program sites and throughout the greater Kansas City Communities.

We encourage you to spread kindness, love and joy!
We finished our December Kind-It-Forward project on Friday (will share more soon), however, our scholars deeply beleive that everyday we can Kind-It-Forward through actions-a simple smile can make a positive impact in one person’s life, it can spread happiness throughout a neighborhood, a town, a city.
