Through person-centered programs like Career Services, Community Connections, and Teaching Empowered Communication, we walk alongside individuals with diverse abilities as they build skills, voice, confidence, and meaningful community engagement.

Self-determination means that people with diverse abilities are empowered to make their own choices about their lives. Where they work. How they communicate. What goals do they pursue? Who they want to be.

Too often, systems are built around people with disabilities instead of with them. Exceptional Humans works to change that by centering the voices, preferences, and leadership of each individual we support.

We work with community partners, employers, and organizations to provide education around disability inclusion, accessibility, and self-determination. These efforts challenge stigma, shift perspectives, and promote best practices.
By educating communities, we help build environments where people with diverse abilities are not only included but respected and valued.
