Like a dial on the radio (or oven -for those of you that don’t remember dials on radios) if there’s much noise, we turn the dial down. Temperature too hot? turn oven down.
Carbs are like this in our diet. The sicker you are you need to turn the dial down on carbs. Especially if you have severe medical problems. (Monitoring your blood pressure etc. so that you can adjust medications as you start to heal)
