There’s a level of responsibility that comes with holding space for people who are processing trauma…
and not everyone is actually prepared for it.

This work is not just about being “intuitive” or “gifted.”
It requires clear communication, strong boundaries, and structured protocols.

Because when those things are missing, it’s not just unprofessional…
it can be harmful.

When someone is navigating trauma, their nervous system is already activated.
Confusion, inconsistency, or lack of clarity can reinforce the very patterns they’re trying to heal.

That’s why in my world, we don’t rely on guesswork.

We prioritize:
– Clear expectations on both sides
– Defined boundaries that protect everyone involved
– Transparent communication throughout the process
– Protocols that create safety, not chaos

Safety isn’t created through words alone.
It’s created through consistency, structure, and integrity.

You don’t build trust by saying “this is a safe space.”
You build it by how you show up, how you communicate, and what you allow.

And if you’re a practitioner…

Your ability to hold space is directly tied to your ability to hold structure.

This is how we move from performative healing…
into real, sustainable transformation.
