Ended a trip to Grafton, Il with a rainbow. I was feeling irritated at drivers, construction, traffic, my to do list. I told myself out loud when I noticed the 🌈 to take a breath. Then, I gave myself permission to just enjoy the sight of the rainbow.

Also some pics from the Sky Tour in Grafton, and River. I reminded myself internally this weekend to stop, be present, take in the sights, smells, breeze (sometimes wind), and just be.

So grateful for my many moments in nature this past week.
