Hello, My Name is Reahn West, Owner of Blessed Beyond Measures HHC, LLC located in the Kansas City area. I am more than excited to introduce my Agency Home Healthcare Business.

Working in the healthcare field for 11 years as a Certified Nurse Aide has been very rewarding. I’ve built wonderful relationships with patients/clients as well as coworkers. Most of the conversations I have with my patients/clients is about how they wish to have stayed home due to them losing everything including their house, cars, pets, even family. The subject gets brought up to my attention so much that the subject has pushed me to open my own business for Agency Home Health Care. Patients/ Clients will be able to stay home with the right care from a caregiver without worrying about losing everything they have worked so hard for due to health issues or not having a caregiver.
My goal is to provide my patients/ clients with the respectable care they need including Home Management and Care Planning, Medical Advocacy, Prescription Medication Management, Help with Personal Hygiene and Care, Assist with Meals and Nutrition, Help with Mobility, Home Maintenance and Basic Housekeeping, Keeping Them Company, Financial Accountability, and Reporting and Monitoring. I expect nothing but the best from my employees and they are to return nothing but Attitude of Compassion, Flexibility, Commitment to Long-Term Quality Care, Effective Communication, and Patience and Problem Solving. My team includes Certified Nurse Aids (CNA), Certified Medical Assistance (CMA), License Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN).
I am looking forward to working with my community and hearing the positive feed back!!!
