This combination of points is great for both digestive disorders and grounding/centering. The navel was our first nourishment in the womb. Needling the digestive diamond clockwise around the navel is best for constipation & deficiency patterns. Needling counterclockwise is helpful for diarrhea or excess patterns.

And sometimes it helps to fully digest our life situations & the emotions that arise in response to circumstances 🙏🏼
