SCHEDULE UPDATE

We have added open studio to our weekly practices!

Room and Activity Options:
COCOON - for meditation, breath + movement
YARD (turf) - for strength training + rolling around on our “grass”
NEST - for quiet work on a hobby or profession
HIVE (kitchen) - snacks, tea + coffee

We have strong wifi + chill af vibes.
We are a mutual aid + matriarch (de-centering white/male/cis leadership).

Pay what you can, no one turned away

Our team is here to empower you, to encourage you to create a bubble of safety and exploration. 

We offer so many practices that call you into stillness, into awareness, into connection with yourself:

Quiet Mind, Tarot for Healing, Mindful Movement, and Soft Strength practices are offered every week, plus ceremony and other community special events. ✨

We have added practitioners and practices that are aligned with our vision and values.

If you’ve been curious about us, we are ready to welcome your curiosity in, give it space for experimentation and to see what comes. This can be simple, if you allow ease in.

And if ease feels like a stretch for you, remember we are here to light your path, not to show you how to embrace ease but rather show you why we embrace it.
