This meet-up will take place on Monday, January 12, 2026 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the Bonhomme Presbyterian Church's Community Room (located at 14820 Conway Rd., Chesterfield, MO). Family and friends are welcome, and we hope you'll join us!

❄️Holiday Announcement ❄️ All Breakthrough T1D offices, including the Kansas and Missouri chapters, will be closed for the holiday from December 24th at 2 p.m. local time to January 2nd at 8 a.m. local time. Today, because of Breakthrough T1D, life for those diagnosed, while still life-altering, is not all that you are. The Breakthrough T1D Dream Gala is a wonderful evening that attracts close to 600 prominent guests and features spectacular entertainment along with a signature live and silent auction. Our silent and live auctions are a key part of the evening's success, and we'd be incredibly grateful if you considered donating an item this year!

Please consider donating an item to the St. Louis or Kansas City Galas (taking place March 28th and May 2nd). Ideas might include a gift certificate, a one-of-a-kind experience, a special item from your store, or a year’s worth of lunches or services…all are ways of driving traffic to your establishment on a regular basis.
