Sometimes life throws us all curve balls, like having to close the office this whole week due to illness. I’m feeling sad because I’ve missed seeing everyone this week, and also so much gratitude for the ability and opportunity to serve and make a difference.

Today’s Intention was a full session with lots of tears and missing my Grandma Baker who passed away years ago. There was a beautiful See, feel, hear about her in the session as well.

In the past, I have struggled in almost every way as the weather gets colder and I head into the holiday season. I feel like today I peeled off a huge layer of the exhaustion, dread, and misery that gets triggered by this time of year by running a LifeLine Session for myself.

The tree really spoke to me as visual of the family tree.

I am forever grateful for this tool in my toolbox 🤟🏼💫🌈💕

This morning I woke up in a big anxiety dream. I was totally in my head. What did I do? I ran a LifeLine Session on myself. I did a shorter session called an Ignite Session and in 5-10 minutes I was in a completely different mindset about my day, my weekend, and my life.
