6-Week Men’s Group — Starts Dec. 2 | 5:30am | Capped at 8
Why should the men in your life do the hard thing?
Because most of us don’t need another podcast, another cold plunge, or another “I’ll start Monday.”
We need a place where we’re pushed, seen, challenged… and not allowed to hide.
This December, I’m coaching a Men’s Only Small Group — Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am — and it’s the most access I’ve ever given athletes to me as a coach. And I’ll say this as confidently as I can:
I’m a really damn good coach.
Not cocky. Just true.
If you’re a moderate athlete who wants to tighten up mechanics, I’ll see the tiny details you’ve never noticed… right down to whether your weight shifts forward half an inch.
If you’re a beginner, I’ll scale everything so you get the exact stimulus you need, without ever feeling left behind.
If you’re an elite athlete, we’re going to dig into thresholds, pacing, and mental prep so you keep leveling up.
But here’s the part most of us won’t admit we need:
A room full of men who aren’t performing, pretending, or posturing.
Just showing up as they are — working on who they want to be.
We’ll train. We’ll talk. We’ll question what it actually means to be a capable, grounded man in 2025. And we’ll keep nutrition simple with habit-based guidance instead of holiday-season macro counting.
It’s only six weeks… but six weeks of doing something hard can change everything.
