KidSight is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free vision screenings for children. Louis in 1995 with a handful of volunteers screening a few hundred children a year. Today, KidSight’s program has grown to screen the vision of more than 67,000 kids throughout Missouri each year with the help of trained staff and volunteers. Since 1995, we have screened the vision of more than 500,000 children.

We’re so proud to partner with The Kansas City Free Eye Clinic to help make sure kids who are referred from our screenings get the care they need! 🥰👓

Here’s how it works: KidSight provides vision screenings at a school or daycare. If a child is flagged during the screening, they have the opportunity to take part in a mobile vision clinic. A few weeks later, KCFEC brings in their mobile equipment and amazing volunteer doctors to provide free comprehensive eye exams!

Together, we’re making clear vision more accessible for local kids. 💙

Our team is on the move, making sure children have access to critical vision screenings no matter where they live. Last week alone, KidSight served children in 14 different Missouri counties: Boone, Butler, Camden, Clay, Cole, Franklin, Gasconade, Greene, Howell, Monroe, Osage, Ripley, St. Charles, and Texas counties. 👓

From rural communities to larger cities, KidSight travels across Missouri to make sure children have the opportunity to see clearly and succeed. Every screening brings us one step closer to a future where no child’s potential is limited by an undetected vision problem.

We're celebrating over 100 pairs of glasses ordered for children in need!

Thanks to our amazing partnership with KeraLink International, we’ve ordered 114 pairs of glasses for children who need them. Every pair helps a child see clearly, learn confidently, and enjoy life to the fullest.
