We are thrilled to announce that we have another doctor joining our family here at Lintecum & Nickell in August! Meet Dr. Bronwyn Boyd! Please call us to schedule an appointment with her.
Below is her bio:
Dr. Boyd was Born in Casper, Wyoming but spent her childhood years growing up in Bemidji, Minnesota. After graduating high school, she continued her education at Bemidji State University where she also played DII Women's soccer. She then made her way to Kansas City for Medical school where she graduated with both her Medical Degree and Masters of Bioethics. Following medical school, she went on to complete her OB/GYN residency at UMKC where she served as administrative chief resident.
Dr. Boyd takes pride in providing personalized obstetrical and gynecologic care to patients in all stages of life. She enjoys all areas of obstetrical care including prenatal care, ultrasound, vaginal
deliveries, cesarean deliveries, and postpartum care. She provides a full range of gynecologic care with interest in pap smears, preventive care, contraception counseling, work up and management of abnormal bleeding, in-office procedures, and minimally invasive surgery.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two Australian shepherds. Dr. Boyd and her husband love exploring all the delicious food that Kansas City has to offer. On days off she likes staying active, spending time outdoors with her dogs, and yoga classes.
