Support that meets youth where they are. ⭐

Our autism respite services in St. Louis provide free, individualized care for children and young adults with developmental disabilities, including autism.

Families can access:
• Community-based respite home services (day and overnight)
• In-home respite support (up to 500 hours per year)
• Skill-building in social, life and communication skills
• Fun, structured activities like crafts, cooking, outings and more

No referral needed. Services are available for ages 3 to 20 (respite home ages 7 to 20).

We loved welcoming volunteers from St. Catherine Laboure - St. Louis Parish to our Webster Groves campus! 💛

As part of a parish-wide day of service across St. Louis, nearly 120 volunteers showed up to make a difference, and their impact here was incredible. From creating Autism Awareness Month posters and brightening our windows for spring to organizing a much-needed storage space, their time and care mean so much to our KVC Academy students and team. We’re so grateful they chose KVC Missouri to be part of their day of service!

Supporting youth with compassionate, healing treatment.

For communities to prosper, all children must have the opportunity to develop healthy brains. We support youth in their development by providing compassionate treatment for those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, the impacts of childhood trauma, and other behavioral and/or mental health challenges. Through our residential treatment program and day treatment services, youth receive therapeutically enriched educational services, coping skills, and emotion regulation techniques that help them develop healthy interactions and behaviors.
