With nearly 30 years in the fire service, including serving as Fire Chief for the City of Webster Groves, Dr. Ellis brings a deep passion for mental health, resilience and people-centered leadership.

Based at our Children’s Mental Wellness Campus in Webster Groves, he will help strengthen community partnerships, grow leadership across our teams and support our continued impact statewide.
