Job Description

The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of proven techniques in their field, show the ability to engage with clients in a professional and empathic manner, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, referral sources, doctors, attorneys and others involved in the care and treatment of our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide counseling/therapeutic services to clients referred; record all client contact and maintain confidentiality of treatment; participate as needed in treatment team meetings, demonstrate responsibility as to work hours, punctuality, willingness to learn new skills; demonstrate competency and respect in working with all individuals regardless of culture, race, or gender preference; maintain treatment records in accordance with HIPAA requirements; demonstrate participation in training experiences to maintain licenses and certifications and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum educational requirement: Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling social work or other social sciences; must be licensed or licensure eligible as psychologist, social worker, professional counselor, certified marriage and family or certified substance abuse counselor; internships are available on a limited basis and upon approval of university affiliation and program director.
Compensation
Following the training period candidates can expect to earn $50-$100,000 a year depending on experience and amount of service provided.
