Hi there! I’m Robyn.

A small-town Nebraska girl turned Kansas City yogi. My passion for personalized healthcare started with my own triumph over psoriasis. After two years of battling what looked like chicken pox skin, I had had enough. Enough creams and drugs (that weren’t working anyways) so I delved into lifestyle medicine! Within 3 months, my skin was clear and I was med free. I haven’t had a spot since and after that experience, I knew my purpose here was to help others discover how much power they had in getting or keeping themselves well. This goes far beyond just physical health. I’m talking about wellness as a whole-person including emotional, psychological and spiritual wellness! As a dietitian, I have the clinical training and can speak the biochemistry and physiology necessary to help people but I’m unique in the fact that I won’t just talk food and diets. I value the science but I value the study of the individual the most. I practice with an Integrative and Functional medicine approach. Meaning I work to help the individual address the ROOT CAUSE of what’s going on versus just treating the symptoms. What works for one will not work for all and I believe the more we know about ourselves, the more we can do to create the optimal live that allows us to be the best version of ourselves. To help someone get or stay well, we have to go beyond the food alone. We may need to investigate hormones, gut health, blood labs, toxin exposure, genetics, stress levels, sleep and much more. I don’t do diets. I don’t treat symptoms. I don’t do shame approaches to make changes. I do lifestyles with a solid nutrition foundation. I do whole person care. I do empathy. Honestly, this is because I get it. I’ve been down the path that didn’t work. The path that worked against my biology and I want to help people avoid that.
