We had major storm damage at the end of May. Fortunately, the insurance company came through. They're paying to fix things I didn't even know were damaged.

Sad news. Jane died. She stopped showing up for breakfast a couple of days ago
I dropped my Bluetooth headset last night and when I moved my recliner to get it I found her body. She loved being under the recliner. She felt safe there.

I now have a 2x4 wedged between the wall and the door. That should stop anyone from kicking it open again. Chris and I like to sleep securely. No word from the detective on the disposition of the case.

Two spunky sisters celebrated their 90th birthday this past weekend at the Wellington Senior Center. Born on February 18, 1924, in Topeka, Viola Patterson and Violet (Micki) Rowan have lived in Colorado and Wichita.
