Shop Associate + Client Coordinator

We’re looking for someone warm, detail oriented, and self motivated to join our team.

This role blends the heart of the shop with the flow of the spa supporting clients, keeping our space beautiful, and helping create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

You’ll help with:
• Scheduling + client follow ups
• Inventory + restocking
• Laundry + cleaning
• Sauna resets + spa flow
• Merchandising the shop
• Social media tasks
• Cash + POS transactions

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has weekday + weekend availability
• Enjoys a mix of tasks and takes initiative
• Has experience in sales or a spa/salon
• Loves wellness and caring for people

Hours: 21–28+ per week
Schedule: Sun, Mon, Thurs, every other Saturday
(must be flexible to cover sick + vacation days)
