Meet Tito's Trekkers! Tyler, affectionately called Tito, participates in our community wellness program at MSAC. His community is rallying behind him for Race to Nowhere because they understand how important it is for Tyler to be connected to the health expertise and resources we offer.

March is National MS Month - what a great time to make a difference for someone with a disease that takes away so much. YOU can give them something back — a place to go where they build strength, learn ways to improve their daily lives, and find connection with people who care about them!

As part of University of Kansas Medical Center, MSAC has the opportunity to partner with KUMC staff in providing quality programming for our participants. This week Assistant Professor of Dietetics and Nutrition Tyler Titcomb shared valuable information and resources with MSAC members about healthy eating and nutrition.
