⚠️Gaslighting is a manipulation technique that is used to make you doubt yourself, your memory of what happened, or even your sense of reality.

🗣️It might sound like: "I never said that" or "That never happened" or "You're crazy." I avoid sharing anything personal with people who gaslight.

If I must engage with a gaslighter, I try to keep conversations easy breezy, and say as little as possible.

📝Many online resources also suggest privately documenting your conversations or interactions with a gaslighter, so that you know that you are not imagining things.

If someone is causing you to doubt your sense of reality, please seek support from a professional healthcare provider. It can be helpful to have an outside perspective on what is happening.
