crack my neck all the time. Is it dangerous?
While not necessarily “dangerous,” the joint is still being opened up and stretched. This can cause the ligaments and muscles around that joint to become stretched or lax. Because of this laxity around the joint, the muscles and tendons above and below the stretched joint must tighten to help keep the strength of the area. This could cause the sensation of wanting to “pop/crack” the same area again a few minutes to hours after you have already done it.

Sometimes you have a dream or a vision. And sometimes you don't listen to that voice. And sometimes it screams louder and you may try to put a box over it. And even then, sometimes the dream bounces until the lid off that box just blows off. Then it finally hits you in the seat of your pants and it sits on your chest and makes you do it. 2 years later and here we are. That dream has not let us down. We can't believe what opportunities it has given us. We are not here to toot a horn, but to tell you to follow a passion. Listen to those little voices and intuitions. Try to make your life count in the way you want it to. Leave a legacy. Even if it seems impossible, there are always ways to slowly achieve it. You can move mountains, one shovel at a time.

We are doing this for our CLIENTS. They are the only reason why we are here. Their living testament is why we stay so busy. This celebration is also for the amazing staff that we have. The ones that show up and give it their all every day. This celebration is for our talented therapists that work out aches and pains and keep our clients moving. It is for the beautiful space that we have found to call home. It is for the connections that we have made it the community. It is for the awards and accolades that we have won or been nominated for so we can prove to you that we appreciate those honors and we hope to achieve more. This is to celebrate our freedom in America to have the right to open a small business. We are very thankful. 2 years......and you ain't seen nothing YET!!!!!!!!
