Last Saturday the University of Kansas Multiple Sclerosis Achievement Center put on their first ever MS Health Conference, and our team had the incredible opportunity to attend. This was an amazing event where we were able to learn about MS patient needs from patients themselves and caregivers alike. We were also able to gain valuable insights, and form connections with fellow providers from the area to aid in our mission to make accessibility easy and available to our consumers and community members. Thank you KU Landon Center for hosting this fantastic program!

Yesterday, We sent Jocelyn Caldwell and Philip Manion to visit the Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City to attend a Medicaid workshop hosted by MO Health at the Secretary of State building.
This was an incredibly valuable learning experience as we continue to develop out talent in the complex world of health insurance. They were especially grateful for the opportunity to make connections throughout the event. These two also gained great insight not only from the speakers, but the other DME providers sharing their experience and tips as well.
Navigating health insurance can be challenging, which makes access to resources like this workshop all the more important.

Jake is currently finishing up his studies in business management at MU, with a certificate in data analytics. He brings a fresh perspective, strong enthusiasm, and a drive to grow to our rapidly expanding operation. During his time with us, he'll be working closely with the administrative team to serve our city.

We would like to welcome aboard our newest member of the team - Cole Huffman, MBA, will join Accessibility Medical Equipment as our Director of Operations. Cole has worked remotely with Accessibility Medical Equipment over the last two years and will take our organization to the next level. Last Friday was also Cole’s graduation from KU with his MBA, having earned his Bachelors of Science in mechanical engineering with biomechanics concentration.
