We had such a beautiful and calming time during our Soul Child Awakenings Soul Session, where we were treated to a relaxing lavender tea latte. ✨
This soothing drink was made with lavender tea blended with warm, frothed almond milk and sweetened with local honey — simple, nourishing, and comforting.
Lavender is such a gentle yet powerful plant ally, known for supporting relaxation, calming the nervous system, easing stress, and helping the body soften and unwind. It was the perfect way to slow down, be present, and care for ourselves together.
