🩸 November is National Diabetes Awareness Month!

Support your child’s health by knowing the early signs of Type 1 diabetes.

⚠️ Be alert for symptoms such as frequent urination, constant thirst, and increased hunger accompanied by weight loss.

With a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and consistent blood sugar monitoring, parents can help children with Type 1 diabetes live healthy, active lives.

Early awareness and a supportive lifestyle can make all the difference! 💙

⏰ Time change!! Helping kids adjust can actually be pretty simple!

Here are a few gentle ways to make the switch easier:

🛌 Move bedtime 10–15 minutes earlier each night a few days before the change.

📖 Stick with a consistent, calming bedtime routine (bath, books, snuggles).

☀️ Open the curtains or step outside for morning sunlight to help reset their internal clock.

😴 Keep naps on schedule so kids are tired, but not overtired, at bedtime.

🚫 Turn off screens at least 30–60 minutes before bed to promote better sleep.

A little planning goes a long way toward keeping everyone rested, happy, and ready for the day. 🙂
